The Meditations from Carmel podcast is brought to you from the Order of Carmel Discalced Secular at the Carmel of St. Joseph in St. Louis, Missouri.
As Carmelites living in the world, we listen to hear the whisper of God in the silence of our hearts. We seek Him, who we know loves us, and contemplate His wonders. Carmel is a garden which draws us in to experience the wealth of beauty and delight promised to us out of love and mercy by our Eternal Father. Our spirituality is inspired by the prophet St. Elija and modeled on the humility and love of our holy mother, the Blessed Virgin Mary.
