Pray-as-you-go
Pray-as-you-go is a daily prayer session, designed for use on portable MP3 players, to help you pray whilst travelling to and from work, study, etc.
Lasting around ten minutes (never more than 12 minutes), it uses music and scripture to help you become aware of God's presence in your life, to listen to and reflect on God's word, and to grow in your relationship with God.
It is produced by Jesuit Media Initiatives, with material written by a number of British Jesuits and other experts in the spirituality of St Ignatius of Loyola.

So, What’s Good Fridays you ask? Good question! It’s a podcast that basically provides you with a little bit of information to charge your imagination and/or prayer life before you go to Mass on Sunday. Although I like to be surprised by the readings sometimes, I often like to know what I’m going to hear, so that I can catch the gist of the theme of the celebration. Good Fridays seeks to do just that. You’ll hear snippets from the prayers said at Mass, as well as a sneak peek of some of the readings and Gospel. It’s not meant to be a homily or sermon — that’s your pastor’s job — but it will give you a chance to begin formulating your own homily and response to the Mass. After all, that’s the end result of celebrating Mass: Worship of God, so that we can go make holy our everyday lives.
